Business Development Executive - Sales Recruitment
To £27k OTE £35k - £40k
A successful multidiscipline consultancy requires a business development executive to join their team in Bristol. The company is a mature, flexible employer and successful consultants come from all walks of life, with an excellent career path available to director level for those who wish to climb the ladder.
You will be tasked with developing vacancies from a mix of existing clients, leads provided and via avenues you can source yourself. The position is an enjoyable mix of face to face meetings with companies UK wide, with your goal to bring in exclusive vacancies within the sales field from a varied client pool.
You should be capable of developing your own appointments so good telephone manner is important, as is the ability to negotiate and influence in a face to face capacity.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a track record of success either in recruitment or sales who prefers the client interaction rather than candidate focussed work. You should be proactive, posses a positive attitude to sales and targets and wish to join a company with a well established client base that you can develop your own relationships with.
A recruitment background is advantageous but not essential, the key attribute is a good attitude and desire to be successful.
Salary can be up to early £30's for the right person plus car allowance, and ote likely to add an additional £15-20k in year one. Career progression to director level is achievable through achieving targets rather than time served too.
