Construction Recruitment Consultant - Warm Client Base
To £22k ote £40k
A well established recruitment consultancy in Bristol requires an additional two consultants in line with their growth plans. The business has a number of specialist desks within the built environment, and currently has two warm markets with existing clients and candidates to pass onto ambitious recruiters interested in this sector.
The role is focused predominantly on permanent vacancies across the south west / south Wales territory, and working with key clients who my client has enjoyed an strong historical relationship with. You will be performing a full 360 recruitment role so the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients is imperative. The majority of the vacancies are mid to senior white collar roles so candidates £30-80k, so experience of dealing with people at this level is useful but not a prerequisite.
This is a great opportunity for someone probably in their first recruitment role and now looking to find a market where they can build a longer term career. All recruitment backgrounds will be considered, a minimum of 6 months experience is needed and in return you will receive excellent training and development, access to a warm and receptive client and candidate base and the chance to join a growing company with a great working environment.
You should possess a good sense of humour and strong work ethic, and be able to show success in your role/s to date. This will suit someone who understands the basics of recruitment and is maybe looking to use these skills in a more lucrative and enjoyable culture.
Salary will be between £18-22k on experience, with ote £26-35k realistic in year one but in uncapped. Salary will be reviewed and opportunity to develop to senior consultant is achievable in under 12 months.
