Researcher / Consultant - Legal Consultancy
To £25k ote to £35-45k
A specialist consultancy providing a broad range of recruitment services to a blue chip client base. This position is within the team focussing on the legal sector.
This is a great role for someone with recruitment experience looking to focus their skills in a role away from a traditional end to end role. Your position will involve a variety of tasks including researching assignments and report writing, through to client meets, some new relationship building and any ad hoc tasks that may arise too.
Your focus will be within the legal sector and therefore some interest in or knowledge of the law is a distinct advantage, however more important is the ability to communicate with senior level clients.
You should have excellent written and verbal skills, as producing high quality reports with great attention to detail is a large part of this role.
You may be someone either in a recruitment role or that has previous experience in the sector and looking for a challenging role. You are likely a graduate or of graduate calibre and consider yourself a confident communicator in all forms.
You should have good attention to detail and be capable of working to deadlines and with demanding clients.
This would suit someone who enjoys the communication and client interaction of recruitment but doesn't warm to the cold calling and sales element. You should be a keen learner and after a career role rather than a job.
All recruitment sector experience will be considered however a background in professional white collar markets, particularly the legal sector or related is a distinct advantage.
Salary will reflect experience but is likely to be £20-30k with ote adding an additional £10-15k in the first year. Year two will see that rise to £20k+ ote.
