Sales Recruitment Consultant
To £26k OTE £45k
Marking leading international consultancy looking for additional hires in Bristol office due to continued expansion.
You will be provided with a number of key clients to develop as well as being expected to increase your client base through a proactive approach of client approaches, both face to face and via the telephone. You will be targeted to develop long term relationships with new clients as well as building rapport and commitment from the current client base.
You will run your diary as you see fit and should be comfortable being out meeting new clients and pitching for business as well as account managing key people.
The suitable person will not come from a clearly defined background as the company have a successful team from all walks of life. The key skills however are the ability to think quickly, multitask, make crucial decisions as well as possessing a proactive and upbeat attitude to client development.
You are likely a graduate or of graduate calibre, and may be looking to develop a career in recruitment having recently left university, or perhaps have experience in a sales role or recruitment and want a new challenge.
You should possess a good sense of humour, want a career company rather than a job and enjoy the cut and thrust of a busy sales role.
In return you will be well remunerated, with a starting salary of up to £26k on offer however this can be more for someone with a track record of success in a related recruitment role. You will also receive a competitive benefits package, car or car allowance is achievable and a good work life balance is actively promoted within the company.
