A specialist technical sales recruitment consultancy has an immediate need to bring in an additional consultant to its growing Bristol office. Working within a well established and successful team, this market leader can offer unrivalled earning potential, competitive salary and access to some of the best clients in the sector, many of whom recruit on an exclusive basis.
This role is mainly centered around key account management, with the majority of clients using this consultancy on an exclusive or retained basis. The position is covering a mix of sales roles and key technical positions on a UK and overseas basis. You will be taught the sector specifics so a prior background in the specific market isn't required but a track record of success in recruitment is.
You will be working in white collar recruitment and have a track record of successful billing, ideally having achieved a minimum of £100k per annum. You will be able to show an ability to sit in front of key clients and win assignments as well as have good candidate control and networking skills. It is likely you are in need of a fresh challenge and looking for a business where you can enjoy recruitment away from pressures of kpi's and call time stats.
The ideal candidate will probably have 12-36 months in recruitment, be earning a good living but looking for a more specialist desk and the opportunity to increase earning potential and work with key clients rather than chase new business.
All sector backgrounds will be considered but it is likely you are working in a white collar sector such as finance / engineering / technical / IT or similar.
The business will pay anywhere from £25-40k for the right person depending on experience. If you are a desk bringer, you may command a guarantee too, and a comprehensive benefits package is on offer as well. Six figure earning potential can be achieved within 12-24 months.
