A prestigious executive search consultancy has an immediate requirement within their international search team. The position comes via their continued growth and success placing senior level roles on a global basis.
Working within a well established and successful team covering international assignments, my client wish to hire a recruiter looking to develop a career in both headhunting and international markets. Your role will be a mixture of telephone based appointment making and face to face selling to pitch for and secure exclusive assignments.
The average order value is extremely high therefore you should be confident in your ability to promote the features and benefits of using these retained services. You will be meeting C suite executives and should be comfortable engaging with people at this level on a day to day basis.
The company feel this role will suit a recruiter with a strong track record of success in their career to date who believe they are ready to make the step up to executive search / senior appointments.
You have likely operated in professional services recruitment, probably placing in the £50-150k space and are a confident end to end recruiter. All disciplines will be considered, the key to your success being a confident demeanour, the ability to pitch and sell high end staffing solutions and not be afraid to ask for the business.
You may have had one or two recruitment "jobs" so far and are now looking for a career.
Salary will reflect experience with £25-35k ball park base package, with car allowance, benefits and ote taking overall earning to £50-100k year one depending on level of experience you arrive with and speed at which you pick this up. £100k year two earnings are very achievable.
