A well established recruitment consultancy requires an organised PA to manage the busy schedule of two directors. Working from their offices in Bristol, they cover a broad range of senior appointment recruitment and have an excellent reputation in their sector.

This position is a new role created due to the continued growth and success of the business. Your role will be to manage the diaries and schedules of two busy, client facing directors of the company. You will be required to manage schedules, book appointments, oversee travel arrangements and generally keep their lives as organised as possible!
You will be working within a relaxed environment with an established and welcoming team, and should be prepared to muck in when required with ad hoc tasks too.

It is likely you have performed a PA role previously, and should be confident working with current software packages associated with such a role. You will be well organised, possess a good sense of humour and common sense, and be of strong character as you will need to push back and manage "up" as part of the role. If you have previously worked within the recruitment sector it is advantageous but not essential. The position is likely to suit someone looking to work part time hours with the business looking at 9.30-2.30 three to four days a week OR an equivalent amount of hours worked across a similar schedule.

Salary is flexible depending on experience, but likely to be in the £18-25k bracket on a pro rata'd basis, plus benefits.
