Part Time Researcher - Executive Search
To £30k pro rata OTE £40k (Pro rata)
A leading provider of executive search and selection services has an immediate requirement within its research team. The business has a proven record of success across public and private sectors and is experiencing a period of rapid growth.
The position of research within exec search requires an able mind, a methodical approach and a positive attitude to what can be a tricky task. You will undertake a wide range of projects and assignments with a focus on finding high end, senior candidates for in the main, board level positions. You will do this by researching the markets, competitors to your client, and then you will undertake a process of contacting the most appropriate people in a discreet and professional manner.
This is a great role for someone with experience in the recruitment sector but who is looking to fit their next move into part time hours due to commitments elsewhere. You're experience can be in any recruitment sector however white collar markets will have a distinct advantage given the client base and level of roles to be worked. You should be bright, hard working and self motivated, and looking to add value to this successful company.
Salary will be pro rata and likely to be in the £22-30k bracket on experience, however individuals looking for more will be considered too. Ideally you can commit to at least three days a week and these hours can be worked around school runs or other commitments. A bonus is available and can add another £10k per annum pro rata too.
