Client Manager / Business Developer (Flexible PT/FT) - Commercial Recruitment, Bristol
Basic £25k - 35k ote to 50k
Market leading white collar recruitment consultancy covering a broad range of professional service sectors seeks an experienced Senior Consultant to join its friendly team in a new role which mixes client management and business development.
In line with its continued expansion, this consultancy wishes to add a talented and proactive senior recruiter to the team who can bring in new opportunities to the business. Based in their Bristol offices, you will proactively develop opportunities through booking client visits to build relations and pick up work across all professional disciplines. The focus will predominately be on the temp market, though perm and contract opportunities will of course be good gains. You will be targeting new clients as well as nurturing existing relationships through a variety of methods from telephone based research, face to face client visits, networking and client entertaining.
You will use your relationship building skills to establish the needs of clients, agree the terms and then present the opportunities to the teams of recruiters and resourcers whose role it will be to fill the positions. You should be equally confident in your ability to sell to your colleagues as you are to your clients.
You will be a natural “people person” and demonstrate flair and tenacity in your approach. The business is considering a range of profiles with the primary focus on finding someone with the right attitude, maturity and professional approach. You might be an experienced recruitment consultant with a track record of success, looking to move into client development rather than end to end or candidate focussed work. Alternatively you may already be in a sales or Business Development role in recruitment, and be looking to join an ambitious and well respected firm in recruitment. You should possess a very positive attitude and enjoy the cut and thrust of selling recruitment services.
The client is also open to hearing from those who are considering part-time/flexible working hours, as well as full-time.
Salary will reflect experience, with £25k - 35k being the broad salary range with quarterly bonuses to 50k ote.
