A specialist recruitment consultancy has an immediate need within its RPO division. Working with a leading Financial Services client, they require an experienced recruiter to lead their resourcing and talent mapping function on site in Bristol within their mortgage division.
You will be fully embedded in the client's team, working closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure fulfilment of all requirements. The position will be supported by an additional on site recruiter, however for the lead position you will take ownership of the client relationship, be a key part of the sourcing and selection process, and will be the first point of contact for all enquiries and any conflict management. You will be a visual and vocal part of the team, be a regular floor walker and will be expected to become well know to the hiring managers and other key members of the client.
My client has exclusive access to multiple permanent hires into the end client, with the positions to be covered being a broad range of mortgage related roles including assessors, underwriters, consultants, brokers to name but a few. You will be expected to ensure the delivery of service in line with SLA's and KPI's is adhered to, and you will be managing up to your client as well as keeping the delivery team motivated and on point.
You will be operating a tried and tested system of talent mapping, with sophisticated technology, a best practice approach, and a strong back office function to ensure your team build a great talent pool of candidates. You will then select the best candidates for the positions through a thorough assessment and sourcing process.
The likely candidate will ideally have both an understanding or experience of on site / in house recruitment, as well as first hand experience of recruitment within the mortgage / underwriting market place. You may be an experienced on site recruiter from Financial Services in general, and be capable of picking up the mortgage knowledge, but can demonstrate a track record in client management in an RPO function or similar.
Alternatively you may be an experienced recruiter within the mortgage sector and are looking to move your career towards on site, and in time, in house recruitment. If you have a track record of success in this arena and believe you would operate well within a client facing position you will also be of definite interest.
My client has flexibility around the package on offer, however it is likely salary will be in the £50-60k region, with a quarterly bonus scheme based on performance adding an additional £10k per annum in bonus. The role also comes with a competitive benefits package.
